Finding The Right Attorney
Some patients need the help of an attorney. Some will need a worker's compensation attorney, personal injury attorney or an attorney who specialized in automobile injuries. If you should need an attorney, I hope the following guide will assist you in your search.

QUESTIONS TO ASK A POTENTIAL ATTORNEY

Could you furnish a list of prior TBI clients? Keep in mind that this may be considered a breech of privacy and not allowed where you live.

How many articles have you written about TBI? It is not necessaary that they have written one, however, it is a plus.

Would you explain the process you follow in a case like mine?

Do you have conulatants that are farmiliar with TBI?

What kinds of problems might occur during settlement process?

How many cases similar to mine have you been involved with in the last three years? How many of those cases have you won?
What were the results of the last several cases you handled?

What percent of your practice is devoted to cases like mine?

How many TBI seminars or conferences have you attended in the last three years?

What are your fees? Usually it is a contingency basis. This means the attorney gets paid when you do. This should be at 33% or lower to be ideal.
