by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the
United States
by the Constitution, nor prohibited
by it to the States, are reserved to
the States
respectively, or to the people.

As Americans we have the above
mentioned rights
each and every day of our lives. It is truly sad that many
Americans
never understood; nor do they understand now, the rights we have as
Americans.
We 'ALL' have rights. Don't be intimidated by those in public office.
They
are there to represent 'the people'. Let your opinions be heard in a
respectful
and peaceful way. Be sure to always cast your votes. Write letters to
your
represenatives.
