YOU CALL INTO ONE OF OUR DIGITAL, 56K, V.90 DIAL-UP LINES, RECEIVING UNLIMITED ACCESS FOR ONLY $19.95 A MONTH, MULTIPLE E-MAIL ADDRESSES, 10 MEGABYTES OF WEBSPACE, AND TELEPHONE OR ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

Miami County Kansas' only local Internet Service Provider offering both dial-up and dedicated connections to the Internet since 1996. Our multiple T-1 lines to the Internet deliver fast access to ALL Internet services including E-mail, the World Wide Web, Newsgroups, Chat, Streaming Audio and Video and much, much more!

Most of our customers are surfing the Web and sending email the same day they sign up! Our experienced staff is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm to help you troubleshoot any connection or Internet software problem that might develop. Evening and weekend technical support is available by appointment.

DSL INFORMATION

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION - DIALUP

There is a one time $25 enrollment fee to setup customers in our billing and in the Internet server. This includes actual configuration of your computer either in our office, over the phone or at your location (with appointment).

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION - DSL

There is a one time $50 activation fee to setup customers for DSL. This includes actual configuration of your computer at your location (with appointment).

MONTHLY, SEMI-ANNUAL and ANNUAL BILLING - DIALUP and DSL

We can bill for service monthly or if you prefer to write fewer checks we can bill for 6 months or 12 months of service in advance. IF you would prefer to write no checks, we accept PAYPAL as well as have convenient credit card billing available.

CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS - DIALUP and DSL

We can bill your credit card or debit card for service each month if you would prefer to not write a check or take the chance of being late or forgetting a payment.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AND VIRTUAL HOSTING

For only $14.95 per month we will host your registered domain names, i.e. yourname.com (.net or .org). There is a $100 one-time charge to setup on our servers and Network Solutions charges $35 for the first year of "maintenance" (multi-year discounts may apply). Please contact our office for complete information.

ADVANCED SERVICES

Custom pricing for advanced services should be discussed either by phone (913) 557-2777 or email. Please include a description of services required plus a contact name and phone number.

LATE CHARGES - DIALUP

Payments are always due on the first of each month, following your billing date of the 16th or 17th. Any account with an outstanding balance after the 10th of the month is subject to a $10 late charge. Please review your monthly Statement carefully to make sure you are paying your account in full each month.

LATE CHARGES - DSL

Payments are always due 15 days following your billing date. Your billing date is 15 days prior to your service activation date. So, your payment is due on your service activation date each month. Any account with an outstanding balance after your service date is subject to a $10 late charge. Please review your monthly Invoice carefully to make sure you are paying your account in full each month.

BEFORE CONSIDERING TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Make sure you SHUT DOWN your WINDOWS '95-98-ME-2000 computer system using the Start, then Shut Down. After WINDOWS prompts that it's ok to turn off your computer, TURN POWER OFF FOR 10 SECONDS. Then turn power back on and wait for the system to boot up and try again. Sometimes software and modems need a POWER OFF RESET. This should solve your minor problems most of the time.
