Miami County Internet OnRamp is now providing an on-line chat server for our customers. This IRC (Internet Relay Chat) server is located on our Internet server located in our Paola office. There are other types of servers that can be used through a web browser, but this is a real IRC server that requires a stand alone program. We recommend using mIRC software to use this Internet service. Software is available for both Windows 95 and Windows 3.x operating software. This software is available by clicking on a link below: mirc531t.exe for Windows 95 or mirc531s.exe for Windows 3.x or by visiting the mIRC home page. Once you have the software downloaded and installed. Execute the program. You will need to add an IRC server to access the Miami County Internet Onramps server.
