2 - To enter the drawing you must be an existing, paying customer in good standing of MCIO.

3 - To enter the drawing you must provide your name, e-mail address, postal mailing address and day-time phone number to MCIO in one of these following ways: a) include the above information with your mailed payment for Internet service on something smaller than a 3"x5" card, or b) stop by our office at 103 N. Silver and provide the above information on one of our drawing registration cards. E-Mail entries will not be accepted.

4 - While there is a limit of one prize per customer account, multiple entries will be accepted, however only one entry per visit or letter per day.

5 - All entries must be received by 3:00 pm on May 10, 2000.

6 - Drawings for prizes will be done between 4:00 and 6:00 pm on May 10, 2000. Order of Prizes will be: the 17" monitor, 12 months of Internet service, 6 months of Internet service and then 3 months of Internet service. Following each drawing, the customer account will be verified to be paid-up-to-date. Customers not currently in good standing will be disqualified as a winner and a new name drawn until each prize is awarded.

7 - Winners will be notified by e-mail of their prize. By accepting their prize, the customer agrees to allow their name to be posted in our newsletter along with their prize. The customer winning the monitor will be responsible for pick up and installation of the prize. MCIO does not provide a warranty or agree to any type of service agreement on the monitor. The warranty on the monitor is limited to the existing manufacturers warranty. Customers winning free Internet service will have their billing date changed to reflect their prize.

8 - These Rules are subject to change and/or modification as needed. All decisions of MCIO management will be considered final.
