A one time fee of $10.00 for publishing text (up to 50 words) and $15.00 for text and graphic scan. This is payable in advance or billed to your MCIO account. Non-MCIO customers add 100% to publishing cost.

Customer is responsible for contacting office for removal of add from web when item is sold or no longer available.
